Lots of BANGS and BOOMS around me tonight – fireworks, for the 2nd night in a row – but, they got rained out (can’t say I mind) by the big storm we had here. We got Mother Nature’s lightning and THUNDER instead – much more intense! My dog used to be terrified of thunder or fireworks! She’d hide in the bathtub!

I had my first ionizing detox foot bath at the Naturopathic Doctor’s today, and I feel great! I feel lighter and happier – and my feet feel wonderful, too! So nice to clean toxins out of your body and feel the health benefits. With the amount of impurities introduced into our environment, a regular detox is a very good idea!

I’ve been seeing a lot of ducks with babies this year. So have others I know. This is a good sign, as ducks are cute, and it also shows that the environment around here is not too bad. I have seen a mother duck with 8 and even 11 babies, just the other day. Also, I’ve been reading accounts online about baby ducks. Perhaps I’ve become attuned to the baby duck vibe. It’s not a bad one to be on!
